EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique
What is EFT? EFT stands for “Emotional Freedom Technique” which in simple terms can be described as an emotional version of acupuncture. However, instead of using needles, tapping with your fingertips stimulates well established energy meridian points on your body. It is believed that the cause of negative emotions is a result of disruption the body’s energy system.
